30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both the monthly and annual plans.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles billing enquiries and returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address used at checkout, or email us at support@labelguard.ai and we will help arrange it.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically 5–10 business days after Paddle processes the refund.

Cancelling your subscription

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Paddle customer portal linked in your dashboard, or via paddle.net. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again.
